The 70+35 High-Speed Cable Extruder Line is designed for the precise extrusion of various wire and cable insulation materials such as PVC, PE, LSZH, and other thermoplastics. It is widely used for producing electrical wires, communication cables, and power cables with stable performance, smooth surface finish, and excellent concentricity.
This production line consists of a main extruder (Φ70mm) and a secondary extruder (Φ35mm), which can be used for single-layer or dual-layer insulation extrusion, providing flexibility for different cable structures.
