Fluorine plastic is paraffin polymer which part or all of the hydrogen is replaced by fluorine, they have polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (not extrusion processing), total fluoride (ethylene propylene) (FEP) copolymer, poly full fluorine alkoxy (PFA) resin, polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFF), ethylene fluoride a vinyl chloride copolymer (ECTFE), ethylene suites fluoride (ETFE) copolymer, poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and polyvinyl chloride (PVF). Compared with general plastics and engineering plastics, fluorine plastics have more excellent and various physical properties, such as within a wide temperature range, it features unique hardness, wear resistance, resistance to chemicals and heat resistance. In the application requirements continuously improving medical, automotive industry, communication industry etc, fluorine plastic pipe has more and more application.

1) Screw barral: Adopting the new steel No.3 GH113( Same with the American GDA material), which can bear the high temperature and corrosion;
2) Crosshead: Adopting the new steel No.3 GH113 special-purpose automatic crosshead or adjusting crosshead;
