Product Description

2. Coating Applicator: Once the fiber has been drawn, it needs to be coated with a protective layer to prevent damage and preserve the integrity of the fiber. The coating applicator is used to apply a layer of polymer to the surface of the fiber.
3. Curing Oven: After the coating has been applied, the fiber needs to be cured to harden the polymer layer. The curing oven is used to heat the fiber to a specific temperature for a set period to allow the polymer to cure.

4. Proof Tester: Once the fiber has been drawn, coated, and cured, it needs to be tested to ensure that it meets the required specifications. The proof tester is used to subject the fiber to stress and verify that it can withstand the required levels of tension.
