Main features of equipment:
1,The main engine gear box is an integral casting part, high precision hard tooth surface helical gear drive (tooth surface by German grinding machine processing molding), The drawstring oil tank cover is sealed with a double cover, door cover material, beautiful appearance, advanced structure, low running noise, high production efficiency, high economic benefit; 
2,The drawing drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide, good wear resistance and long life. Drawing part of the semi-submerged cooling, drawing die and copper wire can get the best cooling and lubrication, can effectively prolong the drawing die and drum life;
3,There is a space between the tower wheel box and the gear box. In order to prevent the drawing fluid and the gear box oil from permeating and mixing, multiple seals are adopted in the design and assembly to eliminate the penetration.
4,The equipment adopts plum drop wire machine to receive wire, with non-stop frame replacement function, with better production continuity;;
5,The machine adopts PLC coordination control, frequency control, speed synchronization adjustable, and line break, fault and other automatic shutdown function.

1.Application: 
Copper rod breakdown machine is used to draw and anneal single bare copper wire from 8mm to 2.6mm-3.20mm.The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed and electrical control can be matched with each other.
